Kanto Chemical Co., Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes the importance of protecting personal information in advanced information and telecommunication society, and strives to protect personal information appropriately in accordance with the following “Personal Information Protection Policy”.

The Company does business based on recognition that complying with laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information and handling personal information (individual’s name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) appropriately are important corporate social responsibilities.
2. Acquisition of Personal Information
The Company acquires personal information in an appropriate and fair manner to the extent it is necessary for the purposes expressly indicated at the time of acquisition.
3. Handling of Personal Information
The Company does not use personal information in excess of the range to achieve the purpose of use without the permission of the individual concerned.
4. Maintenance of Accuracy
The Company makes every effort to keep personal data correct and updated within the range to achieve the purpose of use. In the event that the individual concerned requests disclosure, correction, or suspension of use, the Company responds to it within the reasonable range.
5. Appropriate Handling of Personal Data
The Company takes necessary safety measures to prevent unlawful access to and leakage/loss/alteration/damage of personal data. The Company conducts training programs for its employees handling personal data and promote appropriate management.
6. Providing Personal Information to Third Party
The Company does not provide the personal information to a third party without the permission of the individual concerned. However, the Company may provide personal data to consignees or its group companies within the range to achieve the purpose of use. Even in such case, the Company is responsible for recipients to take protection measures to prevent the leakage of personal data.
7. Continuous Improvement of Management System
The Company establishes necessary internal rules in order to implement the Policy and keeps its employees thoroughly informed of them. The Company establishes appropriate management system corresponding to its work contents and scale, and continuously improves the system.
