These extraction reagent series allow us to efficiently extract DNA or RNA from a variety of samples such as bacteria, cells, and animal tissues. You can prepare a template DNA for PCR with just 2 steps; mix the sample and the reagents, and incubate them for only 10 minutes.

Mix reagents A and B at ratio 1:10. |
| ② | Mix the samle (e.g. colony or bacterial fluid). |
| ③ | Incubate at 65 °C for 6 minutes and at 94 °C for 3 minutes. |
| ④ | Use the supernatant of reaction mixture as a template DNA for PCR. |
