KP series
- The strippers for positive resists applicable to a variety of metals.
- KP-401AG causes little variation in the reflection rate and electrical resistivity of Ag.
- Rinsing with IPA is not required; it can be used with a water rinse.
- Does not fall under the PRTR law.
